Aboriginal Student Support

Aranmore Catholic College has offered sponsorship to support the education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children for four years. It is intended to assist indigenous students who otherwise may not be able to get a Catholic Secondary Education.

Aranmore is commited to working with indigenous people to provide what assistance it can to help further the career opportunities for young indigenous people.

Our Aboriginal students are an integral part of the College. They come from all over WA and bring with them an array of enriching stories and experiences that are truly unique. They are a very close knit group who have also made friendships with other students, and they are happy to participate in activities that allow them to maintain links with their culture.
