Strategic Plan

During 2003 Aranmore Catholic College celebrated a Centenary of Catholic Education at Leederville. Celebrating this milestone was seen as an opportune time to look to the future and the College Board set in motion the idea of formulating a new Strategic Plan.

The strategic planning process provided a formal opportunity for the Aranmore community -- including parents, Aranmore Primary School parents, senior students and staff -- to reflect upon its mission, current practices and the learning needs of students. The outcome of the process was the formulation of a five year Strategic Plan (2004-2008) which identified the future direction and priorities of the College.

The Strategic Plan has been implemented over the last few years through action plans and projects developed by the School Leadership Team. The Board evaluates the actions carried out as a result of implementing the plan to ensure that it reflects the current views of the College community and continues to chart a course of improvement for the future.
